Villa Kati is a hillside building, situated in one of the most beautiful locations of Vonyarcvashegy Village. From the second floor you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills, forests, a panoramic view of Lake Balaton, Keszthely Bay, in the valley below, and spectacular sun downs. Fresh/clean air is the result of frequent, soothing breezes. You will wake up to the singing of song birds that frequent the region, enhancing a peaceful, relaxing, country environment. In the manicured garden is an outdoor swimming pool (4×9 metres, 140 cm deep) with tanning beds, a large table with benches under a gazebo, grill facilities. The second floor (130 m2) is comfortable for 8-10 people. It includes a spacious hall (30 m2), a large balcony, a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (90x200 beds) with their own shower and toilet, 2 rooms with 3 beds each shearing a bathroom with shower and toilet (all together 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms). Air-conditioning is available for extra charge. To reserve we request minimum one week prior to occupation. I am (owner) occupying the main floor. The GRANDER REVITALIZATION SYSTEM, https://www.grander.com/intl-en/international, installed in the house, ensures personal wellness, less chemicals in the pool and an over all good feeling. ABC grocery store and a restaurant are 300 m. The Vonyarcvashegy Lake Balaton public beach, 1600 m, provides popular sport facilities. The nearby city of Keszthely (5 km) and the SPA city of Hévíz (10 km) is an ideal location for couples and small groups of friends to spend quality vacation. Spend your holiday in a peaceful, relaxing, soul and body refreshing environment. Sincere welcome to my old and new guests. Ferenczi Kati, Previously owner of Fészek Restaurant.
