Stretching

Streching

General information Stretching consists of stretching and loosening movements. In most cases it involves static series of movements, but there are also dynamic forms of stretching. In between exercises less power is required for stretching; the exercising person may develop an intentional control over his/her muscles.

Our body needs to be flexible, strong and mobile in order to achieve proper operation. Stretchingmovements can be carried out according to our own rhythm. The movements help to loosen up muscle cramps and stiffness. They also develop the stamina and adaptability of the muscular system. It prepares the body for a significant physical use, thus decreasing the chance of injuries and helps to prevent the development of muscular strain. Stretching also mitigates joint pains and backache.
