The mole and the Pavilion line

Keszthely - móló, pavilonsor

The main promenade of the Helikon Park leads straight to the island bath. Over the railway crossing, just before the Pavilion line at the left hand side, next to the drinking fountain is a memorial slab of marble. Engraved are the name of Olympics originating from Keszthely. Since the seventies, the Pavilion line experienced many changes until it acquired its original shape. What remained unchanged: it is still the favourite place of locals and tourists with memorable table conversations over a glass of wine into the morning hours …

The road to the landing stage passes by the beach. Several liner bring us to Badacsony, or to other villages around the lake. And we can enjoy the view of the sundown.
