After a relaxing massage it is recommended to take a hot bath. If you do so before going to bed use a few drops of lavender oil ensuring a good night sleep.

But it is a more refined technique with the aim of relaxing the patient and to dissolve the stress fields within the body. Hypnotic and calmative smoothing strokes relax the patient. The exotic smell of cubeb, the camphoric scent of eucalyptus and the menthol scent of peppermint are a perfect match for the citrus oil fragrance. Peppermint, pine, cajuput: a decongestant mixture.
